Return Policy

Returns of Soy Enjoyable Candle retail product must be taken care of at the store at which it was purchased.

Custom orders and private label products are final sale.

Products must be unused, in original packaging and must be packed safely for return and arrive undamaged. Any candle returned not in the original condition will not receive a refund.

You must obtain written authorization via email for a return to be given. A refund will not be given on items returned without authorization. An item being returned with authorization must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping/Handling charges are not refunded, and return shipping is not reimbursed.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return and the balance will be refunded to the account used for original payment.

Exchanges will be made only for damaged or defective items.

Lost Packages

Please check your tracking information before reading further. Your tracking information can be found in the email associated with the order. If your tracking as not moved in more than 3 days, or you think the package as been stolen, please continue.

Once the order has shipped, it is out of our responsibility. If your item does appear lost or stolen we will do everything we can to locate it.

We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will see if the package is lost or was delivered to an incorrect address by contacting the carriers.

Damaged Orders

IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging (including all “inside” packaging). We will ask for images of the damages and the packaging. Without proof of damage, we will not be able to exchange or refund the item. Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
